Set Up Testing Teams

To test your ads, you will need to have a retailer team and a supplier team.

A retailer team is used to approve ads, and is the team type you will have access to when you are in production

A supplier team is the team type you will use to create test ads. Supplier teams are the teams your advertisers will have access to.

Step 1: Set Up Your Testing Teams

As part of Creating an Account you should have already created a retailer team.

Create a Supplier Team

Citrus may have already set up a retailer and supplier team for you. If that is the case, you can skip to step 2.

You will need your supplier team to create test ads. Navigate to the create a new team option.

Click on the menu drop down in the top right hand corner of the screen next to your profile image. The Create a New Team tab is the second or third option available depending on if you have 1 team or many teams.

Select Manufacturer & Industry

You will be presented with "What type of company are you?". Select Manufacturer from the available options, and then select your industry.

Enter Your Company Details

Enter the details for your new team. When you have filled in the forms, select "Submit"

Step 2: Contact Citrus For Test Credits

You will need to contact Citrus to add credits to your testing account.
